125 ml sunflower oil
125 ml milk
125 ml of yogurt

1 handful of parsley
1 teaspoon turmeric
1 teaspoon pepper powder
Black pepper and salt according to taste
1/2 (half) tablespoon of tomato paste
Tuna Fish Donut Recipe Preparation
First, flour, salt and dry yeast are mixed.
In another container, milk, oil and yogurt are mixed until they are whole and added to the flour mixture.
All ingredients are kneaded for dough and rested for up to 1 hour.
For the internal mortar: Onion, garlic, pepper and carrot are passed through the dish or are chopped small.
Olive oil or sunflower oil is heated in a medium pan.
The ingredients in No. 1 are cooked in a pan for a period of 5-10 minutes.
Spices and tomato paste are added to the vegetable mixture, mixed and cooked for 3 minutes.
Chopped black olives are added to the mixture.
Add the tuna to the mixture and mix and allow to cool.
For preparation: Dough is divided into 15-18 pieces and rounded.
With the help of flour, the dough balls are opened one by one and the inner mortar is put on the bottom.
The lower part of the mortar is passed over the mortar and pressed with the fingertips.
