Ingredients for Meatball and Vegetable Recipe in Casserole
(3-4 people)

For Meatballs;

1 kilo of minced meat
1 egg
3 tablespoons breadcrumbs
1 onion grater
3 cloves of garlic
Paprika, oregano, cumin, ground red pepper, raw meatball spice, salt
2 eggplants
4 potatoes
5-6 green peppers
1 onion
5-6 cloves of garlic
2 tomatoes
1 tablespoon butter
1 tablespoon tomato paste
Salt, pepper, black pepper
1 cup water

A delicious meatball dish with a casserole flavor☺️

Meatball ingredients are mixed and kneaded and rested in the cupboard for half an hour.
Vegetables are peeled and chopped.

Butter, onions, potatoes, eggplants, peppers and tomatoes are placed at the bottom of the dish.
Tomato paste is opened with a glass of water, spices are added and spread over the dish.

Add a few slices of butter and put the food on low heat.
After 45 minutes, the food is watered and the vegetables are softened.
Cook the bottom of the cooked food for another 20-25 minutes. Ready to serve.
